I wanted to take a moment to reassure you that the RadonGuys team is dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of our employees, as well as the residents of the homes we are working in.

The nature of radon remediation services classifies RandonGuys as an essential business and able to operate under the current guidelines set by the state of Massachusetts.

Radon is a poisonous gas that can cause serious health problems for individuals who have been exposed to it for extended periods. For this reason, when high levels of Radon gas are detected, it should be remediated as soon as possible.

We understand that having someone in your home during this time may be cause for concern. Please be assured that the owner and operator of RadonGuys, Jim Duffy, will do all installations. During this time, Jim will conduct as much business as possible via phone, email, or whatever communication method is most comfortable for the homeowner.

When visiting a residence, all proper precautions will be taken to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved, including maintaining an appropriate distance from other individuals, avoiding handshakes and cleaning/disinfecting surfaces as necessary. Generally, we only need access to the basement or attic and outside areas. As such we usually have minimal, if any, actual presence in your home during this time and work in very “low touch” areas.
